This policy explains what the Service stores and why.

What we store

Account data (email, username, hashed password), your bots, strategies and trade history, your fee credit balance and ledger, and security logs (login events, IP addresses, timestamps) used to protect your account.

Wallet keys

For live trading, your wallet secret is encrypted at rest and kept only while a bot runs. It is deleted shortly after the bot stops. We never store it in plain text and never share it.

Passwords and codes

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Email verification codes and two-factor secrets are stored securely and used only for authentication.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only where required by law or to operate essential infrastructure (for example, sending your verification email).

Retention

We keep account and trade records while your account is active. Security logs and verification codes expire automatically. You may request deletion of your account.

Your responsibility

Keep your password and two-factor device safe. Enable two-factor authentication for stronger protection.
