Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PumpFun Sniper ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade digital assets where you live. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you.

2. The Service

The Service lets you configure automated trading strategies and run bots against pump.fun launches, in paper (simulated) or live mode. It is a tool only. It does not provide financial advice or manage funds on your behalf.

3. Non-custodial

The Service never takes custody of your assets. For live trading you provide access to your own wallet; the wallet secret is encrypted, used only while your bot runs, and removed shortly after it stops. You are solely responsible for securing your keys and for every trade your bots execute.

4. Fees

Live trading may incur a profit-share fee as shown on the Billing page. Fees apply only to net profits above the stated threshold and are drawn from your credit balance. If your balance is insufficient, live bots stop automatically. Fees are non-refundable once charged.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break any law, manipulate markets, attack or overload infrastructure, reverse-engineer the platform, or access other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, trade execution, or any financial outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, data errors, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You use it at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
